So, why are the miranda rights so important and why do they need to be said to us when we already know our ammendments and rights. Well the reason why these rights were encountered because obvisouly mirnda ws accused of assulting someone and then getting away with it sick right? well this man did not only rape multiple times but he was able to get away with it even though he had admitted to the crime that ws made they had all the evidence they needed to arrest him mayb atleast for life. Wouldnt you want someone as nasty as that out away? for good. Well, tht was not the case at all because of the rights those are said so the criminal knows what should and shouldnt be said "anything you say can and will be used in the court" and also about the right of an attourney. However, Miranda was not read anything so everything he had said could have been a lie they could not use it in court so there was no case to be discussed. Hence, the fact i said he was a sick man who was able to get loose nd do it again and not get introuble for it. Imagine living in world knowing this sick man got away with raping women and he didnt get put away for it but, he even admitted it. Today now the system is much more precise and harsher they make sure that the people that did something wrong are to be locked for years maybe even life.
a similar case like this occured which made the case even more effective and influenced them to rewrite them and make them stand out. this relates to our theme because without these rights no one would ever get punished for there wrong doings.
